Omega Training is the training and development arm of Omega Life, a group that has been supporting children and young people since 2015.
We formalised Omega Training in 2025 to bring the same standard of care we expect in our own homes to every organisation we train. Our courses are written and delivered by people who have done the job, not just studied it, so the learning holds up against the reality of frontline care.
