Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a course or training session with Omega Training, part of the Omega Life group.

Bookings

Course places are confirmed once we have agreed dates and details with you. We will always try to accommodate your preferred dates, but availability can vary, particularly during busy periods.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move a booked session, please let us know as early as possible. We will work with you to find a new date wherever we can.

Course materials

Materials provided as part of our training are for the use of attendees and their organisation. They should not be reproduced or distributed beyond this without our agreement.

Liability

We deliver our training with care and to a professional standard, in line with current statutory guidance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the course in question.
